Memo: Two Types of Trials in PI

To research an internal clock that measures times on the order of seconds, we could use the peak interval procedure provided by Seth Roberts (1981). There are two types of trials in the procedure. On food trials, animals should make the first response after a fixed time to take food. On empty trials, no food is given.
